Today, we are talking about progressing your fitness! We both work so hard on this with clients and patients because mom life requires strength and stability to be able to take care of your family pain and symptom free, so appropriate progression is a must! 

We are not talking just doing 1 mile of running vs 5, or graduating from 3lb DBs to 5s... we are going through how to get the absolute most out of any effort you are putting into moving your body, because busy mom life doesn't have time for anything less.

Results don't come from just doing glute bridges postpartum, or lifting weights that are not even as heavy as your kids, so we hope this info gives you the courage to try new things and get the most out of your workouts!
