  • "This class is invaluable! I was going to skip it entirely because I’m not a first time mom, so I figured I knew it all; but I could not have been more wrong. I learned so much and I now feel so empowered to not just default to the standard practices or procedures offered at the hospital. I left the class and immediately went home and chewed my husbands ear off talking about what I want to do differently this time around. He was right on board and agreed that while my first birth wasn’t dramatic or traumatic, it also wasn’t truly how I envisioned it because I didn’t know how to speak up and neither did he!"

  • "Birthlab was extremely informative and I am so happy we got to experience this class. You learn way more than a hospital would ever teach you about your pelvic floor, giving birth, healing. The instructor was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question that came up. It helped calm my anxiety about giving birth. I would recommend this course to any first time mom."

  • "This birthlab session was so informative and gave me and my husband a better idea of what to expect during labor and delivery. As first time parents-to-be, we are catching on that there’s little control or predictably with birth, but this birth lab covered a lot of topics and scenarios and provided us with a lot of different techniques to try based on the situation we are in. I strongly encourage all moms & dads, whether newbies or seasoned parents, to take this class since there’s so much information shared that the hospital nurses and doctors aren’t telling you."

  • "I would highly recommend BirthLab whether you’re a first time mom or not. You and your partner will learn many techniques and ways to advocate for your health & for the health of your baby. Education is power!"
