Group pelvic health classes

Our small group classes are designed to give you amazing pelvic health information in a small group setting. Most group classes have very limited availability, so book while they are available!

Due to the popularity and quick sell-out of our classes, classes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

In Person Birthlab: Saturday April 5th: SOLD OUT

This class is aimed at teaching you all things labor prep. This group class discusses techniques like labor positions, pushing mechanics, perineal massage, breath mechanics, early postpartum recovery, and the partner’s role in labor and delivery.

Run time is 1.5 hours, cost is $75

Class starts promptly at 9:30AM and is being held at our Newtown office.

Recorded Birthlab

This recorded lecture is aimed at teaching you all things labor prep. We discuss techniques like labor positions, pushing mechanics, perineal massage, breath mechanics, and early postpartum recovery.
