We focus on resolving symptoms, not just managing them

We get it. We’ve heard it all. Women’s symptoms are often blown off, or completely misunderstood.

Whether you:

  • Leak when you run, jump, or laugh

  • Feel pressure during your workouts

  • Find sex uncomfortable or painful

  • Have nagging hip or back pain despite trying all the stretches

  • Feel weakness in your core no matter how much you train

  • Have been told you’re symptoms are “normal” even if you don’t feel normal

We’ve got you.

Our specialty, our priority, our sole focus is to help women get out of pain and get you confident in your body.

Get on the right path to resolve your symptoms and stop modifying your activity.

Here’s what our patient’s say:

“I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Vivid Women’s Health. After my second birth I felt so weak and disconnected from my body. I was in so much pain during even the most basic tasks like sitting and walking. I decided to give pelvic PT a try and it has been one of the best decisions I ever made…There really aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am to be able to live an active lifestyle with my children.”

What to expect

Our first visit is an evaluation, which consists of a lot of talking. We discuss your specific symptoms and get a good understanding of your goals.

We will also do some physical assessments at your first session to understand where your symptoms are coming from.

Our therapists are all trained in internal pelvic floor treatments as well as standard external and orthopedic treatments. Both are important pieces to truly understand your symptoms.

Internal work is always optional and explained. An internal assessment may, or may not be part of your first session and you are entirely in control.

Whether you are a runner, lifter, or active woman that wants to get in control of your body again, we are here for you. We get it. We’ve been there. We will get this figured out for you.

We work with our patients until their symptoms are completely resolved.

To start, we see our patients weekly, typically for the first 2-3 months.
